Class Details

Join our invigorating HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class, which is designed specifically for peri/menopausal women but will benefit ALL! This dynamic workout combines short bursts of intense exercises with brief rest periods, promoting cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance while accommodating the unique needs of women in this stage of life. The class will start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body, followed by a series of fun, energising HIIT drills. You’ll engage in a variety of movements that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall fitness. We encourage modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely. In the final segment of our class, we’ll transition into a soothing relaxation phase. This involves gentle stretching and mindfulness exercises designed to reduce tension, enhance mental well-being, and promote relaxation. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and ready to take on whatever life brings! Join us for a fun, supportive environment where you can connect with others and prioritise your health during this important stage of life.
